I have been enjoying Pilates sessions with Lisa for 18 months and cannot sing her praises more highly. I have Parkinson’s disease and since I have been taking part in Pilates with Lisa it has made such an enormous difference to my whole being. She really is master of her profession and I absolutely cannot recommend just  how brilliant she is in delivering first class tuition and practice in this field. She absolutely knows her Pilates inside out and I couldn’t wish for a better instructor. I feel very thankful that I have found her and I’m totally amazed at the improvement in all my movements since I have been having sessions with Lisa. She is very gifted at her profession and I totally would recommend her.
